The checkboxes at the bottom of the contact form are for subscribing and un-subscribing from our opt-in e-mail list. Those subscribed to our list recieve approximately one e-mail per month. Each e-mail:

• Tells about the goings on in Santa Fe during that particular month.
• Lists Condos/Vacation Rentals, most of which are only available to those on the list.
